Email: info@vinchi.furniture

Phone and WhatsApp: +20 128 107 9999.

In these Terms, “VINCHi,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to VINCHi Furniture Manufacturing LLC. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern use of vinchi.blue and orders placed through the website or VINCHi’s direct sales channels, together with the written quotation, invoice, order form and linked policies applicable to the order.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory right under Egyptian law.

If a specific written order record conflicts with these general Terms, the specific order record governs the commercial detail concerned, subject to mandatory law.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

A customer must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or act with appropriate guardian or authorized-representative approval.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account credentials secure and promptly notifying VINCHi of suspected unauthorized use.

VINCHi may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect an account, customer, payment or website security.

4. Product Information

VINCHi aims to provide accurate images, descriptions, dimensions, principal materials and prices.

Colours and textures may appear differently because of screen settings, lighting and natural variations in wood, marble, stone, fabric and other materials. Minor non-material variations within normal manufacturing tolerances do not constitute a defect.

The product page, approved quotation, invoice and written order form determine the agreed material specifications. A material substitution requires customer approval before implementation.

5. Standard and Custom Products

A standard product has fixed specifications and is not changed at the customer’s request. A standard VINCHi design manufactured after confirmation does not become a custom product merely because manufacturing begins after the order.

A custom product is manufactured according to dimensions, materials, colours, fabrics, finishes, accessories or configurations specifically selected and approved by the customer in writing.

For a custom order, the approved quotation or order form must record the relevant design, dimensions, materials, finish, quantity, price, payments, estimated lead time and installation scope.

6. Customer Measurements and Site Information

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, access information and site conditions supplied by the customer.

Before confirming an order, the customer should check entrances, corridors, stairs, lifts, ceiling heights and the intended product location. The customer must disclose high floors, absence of a suitable lift, restricted access, lifting or hoisting needs and required permits.

If VINCHi performs a paid site survey or measurement, the written survey record defines its scope. It does not cover concealed obstructions, inaccurate construction information or site changes made after the survey.

7. Prices, Taxes and Errors

Prices are stated in Egyptian pounds unless shown otherwise. Taxes and additional delivery, lifting or installation charges will be displayed or communicated where applicable before order confirmation.

VINCHi may correct an obvious pricing, stock, specification or promotion error before final acceptance and will refund any payment if the order cannot be accepted. A price change after a valid order is accepted does not by itself cancel or reprice that order.

8. Order Requests and Contract Formation

Submitting an online order or enquiry is a request to purchase and is subject to verification of price, stock, payment, delivery area and specifications.

A contract is formed when VINCHi issues written acceptance or begins performance after the required checks, whichever occurs first.

VINCHi may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where stock or materials are unavailable, information is materially inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, or performance would be unlawful or unsafe. Amounts due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with law.

9. Deposits and Payment

The deposit, payment schedule and final-balance date will be shown before order confirmation.

VINCHi may require a deposit of up to 50% for custom products, large orders or products manufactured after order. The exact amount must be shown in the quotation, invoice or order form.

VINCHi may use an authorized payment provider and may request proportionate cardholder or transaction verification. VINCHi does not ordinarily receive or store complete card details.

If an agreed payment becomes overdue, VINCHi may pause production, delivery or installation after notice and may revise the estimated schedule. This does not affect amounts already earned for properly completed work or the customer’s mandatory rights.

10. Changes and Cancellation

A customer may request a change before production begins. Once production begins, acceptance depends on feasibility and a written variation confirming any change to price, specification and timing.

VINCHi is not bound by a verbal change or an unconfirmed message.

Custom-order cancellation is governed by the Refund Policy. After custom production begins, only evidenced, actual and non-recoverable costs caused by cancellation may be charged, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Production and Lead Times

Published or quoted lead times are estimates unless the written order expressly states a binding date.

Unless otherwise stated, standard orders generally require approximately 3 to 10 business days and custom or made-to-order furniture generally requires approximately 3 to 8 weeks. Time begins after required payment, complete specification approval and written confirmation.

VINCHi will notify the customer of a material delay and propose a reasonable revised date. Rights relating to late or impossible performance are governed by the written order and applicable law.

12. Delivery, Access and Installation

Delivery charges and service areas depend on location, product, order size, lifting requirements and installation scope and will be communicated before confirmation where applicable.

The customer must provide a correct address, telephone number, safe access and an authorized adult to receive the order. The customer must clear the access route and intended installation area and disclose access limitations in advance.

Installation includes only the work expressly stated in the order. Electrical work, plumbing, wall repair, demolition, moving existing furniture, specialist hoisting and other site work are excluded unless agreed in writing.

A technician may suspend installation if the site, wall, floor, utilities or access are unsafe or unsuitable. VINCHi will explain the reason and any reasonable next step or cost before additional work is undertaken.

13. Failed Delivery, Postponement and Storage

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, absent recipient, undisclosed access restriction, denied entry or an unprepared or unsafe site, VINCHi may reschedule and charge reasonable actual redelivery, lifting or storage costs, provided those costs are disclosed and accepted before they are incurred.

Where a customer postpones delivery after an order is ready, VINCHi will normally allow a seven-calendar-day grace period unless otherwise agreed. Any storage charge after that period must be reasonable and disclosed to the customer before it begins.

These charges do not apply where failed delivery or postponement is caused by VINCHi or its delivery provider.

14. Delivery Inspection and Risk

The customer or authorized recipient should inspect the visible condition, quantity, dimensions and colour at delivery and record any visible concern on the delivery record.

VINCHi remains responsible for the product until delivery to the customer or authorized recipient at the stated address. After delivery, custody and normal-use responsibility pass to the customer without limiting defect, return or warranty rights.

A delivery signature does not waive a hidden manufacturing defect or mandatory right.

15. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, exchanges, refunds, custom-product cancellation and defect claims are governed by the Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy available at:

https://vinchi.blue/policies/refund-policy

Durable furniture is warranted against manufacturing defects for at least two years, or for any longer period stated on the product page, quotation, invoice or warranty document.

Normal wear, misuse and unauthorized work are excluded only to the extent they caused or contributed to the reported problem. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Promotions and Coupons

Promotions are subject to their published dates, eligible products, stock and stated conditions. Coupons may be combined only where expressly permitted.

VINCHi may reject an abusive, fictitious or fraudulent promotion transaction and may correct an obvious technical error, without cancelling a valid accepted order contrary to law.

17. Reviews and Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of reviews, photographs and other content they submit.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, the customer grants VINCHi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce that content for website operation, customer service and marketing, subject to privacy choices and applicable law.

VINCHi may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, privacy-infringing or violates third-party rights. Genuine criticism will not be removed merely because it is negative.

18. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use

VINCHi’s branding, product designs, photographs, text, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to VINCHi.

Unauthorized commercial copying, resale of website content, harmful scraping, fraud, malware, security interference, impersonation and violation of third-party rights are prohibited.

19. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Personal data is processed under VINCHi’s Privacy Policy available at:

https://vinchi.blue/policies/privacy-policy

The website may link to independent payment, social-media or other services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. VINCHi is not responsible for an independent third party’s content or practices, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VINCHi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, proven injury caused by a product defect or installation fault attributable to VINCHi, or any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Any limitation is interpreted consistently with mandatory Egyptian consumer law.

21. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Neither party is liable for delay to the extent and duration that performance is prevented by an event outside reasonable control, provided that the affected party gives notice and takes reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

Such events may include serious disruption to transport, utilities, governmental restrictions or exceptional unavailability of an approved material. They do not give VINCHi an unlimited exemption from performance.

If performance becomes impossible or the delay is material, the parties will agree a reasonable alternative or cancel the affected part and settle paid amounts according to applicable law.

22. Business, Project and Volume Orders

Orders placed by companies, developers, contractors, resellers or project customers may also be governed by a quotation, purchase order, supply agreement or project contract.

That document governs the commercial relationship where inconsistent with these general Terms, subject to any law that cannot be contractually excluded.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through customer service and exchange of relevant documents. This does not prevent a consumer from contacting the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency, another competent authority or the competent Egyptian courts.

24. Changes, Severability and Contact

VINCHi may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and date. A material change does not retroactively alter an accepted order unless the parties agree or the law requires it.

If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible.
